The Importance of Family, Community & the Gratitude Behind Zenith Flow

From the 22nd of January, Zenith Flow will have its own temporary home inside Grand Union Studios.A real, physical space where everything I’ve held in my heart for so long can finally be breathed into life. From mat Pilates, breath work and meditation, to sound baths and soulful workshops I’ve dreamt of but never had the room to explore, this space will hold it all.

I didn’t plan for this to happen now. It came to me at a time where life felt busy and chaotic. But with a gentle push from a dear friend and a moment of courage, I realised the only thing standing between Zenith Flow and its next chapter was simply taking the leap. So I did and I cannot express how grateful, excited and humbled I am to watch something I love grow beyond my imagination.

There is a lot of organising happening behind the scenes, a lot of learning, and a lot of trusting the process. But beneath all of that is gratitude. Deep, steady gratitude for the fact that this is even possible- that I am able to build something that brings people together in a way I have always valued with my whole heart.

Where it all began: community as my foundation

Zenith Flow didn’t appear out of nowhere. It didn’t come from a business plan or a rigid idea. It grew organically from my lived experiences, from every class I taught, every person I met, every practice that shaped me, every challenge that humbled me, and every moment of support I’ve received along the way.

As an only child raised by my beautiful Italian mamma, she knew the importance of community before I ever understood it myself. She made sure I was immersed in as many groups, clubs, practices and environments as possible. It wasn’t just about activities; it was about exposure to different worlds, cultures, beliefs, traditions, ways of being.

Those communities became my extended families.They taught me resilience.They grounded me when life was heavy, and pushed me forward when the time came to grow.

It’s only now, as an adult, that I realise how deeply this shaped me. How every space of support I experienced has contributed to what I’m able to hold and offer today.

Zenith Flow is not just a brand, it is a growing family.And I am beyond grateful for everyone who has naturally gravitated towards this little world we’re building.
