Rooted in Giada’s multidisciplinary background in dance, Pilates, yoga, and holistic wellness, Zenith Flow serves as an umbrella for practices that nurture the body, mind, and breath. This is an inspiring and supportive space designed for individuals to explore movement in all its forms. Meet Giada
Movement has been my language for as long as I can remember. Growing up through dance gave me a sense of freedom, presence, and expression that shaped the way I see the world. That early connection to the body became the foundation for everything that followed: years of performing arts, global travel, and deep exploration into wellness practices from both East and West.
My journey has taken me from London studios to ashrams in India, from mainstream gyms to community spaces, from teaching corporate executives to supporting new mums, differently-abled children, and elderly clients. With over 12 years of experience, what has stayed constant is my passion for helping people feel at home in their bodies- no matter their age, story, or starting point.
I don’t just teach movement; I teach people how to reconnect with themselves.
 To feel stronger. To feel grounded. To feel good.
Becoming a mother gave this work an even deeper meaning. It reminded me of the importance of purpose, balance, and creating a life that aligns with what truly matters. Zenith Flow was born from this; an expression of everything I’ve learned, everything I value, and everything I hope to share: mindful movement, human connection, and a safe space to grow.
For me, this isn’t just a job. It’s my calling, my craft, and one of the greatest joys of my life.
